General:
Contract Terms, These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of any offer made by MyVirtual Network, L.L.C. (herein referred as MyVirtual Network or MyVirtualNet.com) to sell goods and services. All orders if and any placed online or via phone constitute an agreement to all terms and conditions.Any additional or different terms or conditions proposed by Purchaser are hereby declined unless proposal is specifically accepted by MyVirtual Network in writing prior to the acceptance of said purchase order(s).
Payments:
All payment(s) shall be made in U.S. currency only unless otherwise specified. Checks that are unpaid due to insufficient funds, stop payment, etc. shall be subject to a twenty-five dollar ($25) processing fee. Late payment shall result in a fifty-dollar ($50) processing fee in addition to interest charge of one-half (1.5%) for any calendar month for which payment remains due.If any suit or action enforce or interpret any terms, conditions or covenants herein, or to recover damages as a result of a breach of any provision of Purchase Order(s), the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the party not prevailing the costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees incurred by the prevailing party in prosecuting or defending such action and any appeals taken therefrom.
When you use your credit card online (MyVirtualNet.com) or via telephone with MyVirtual Network, your information is safe and secured.
MyVirtualNet.com uses a transaction method that does not compromise credit card information.

You can not pay via check or money order on MyVirtualNet.com. However, check or money orders are accepted by phone purchase only.

Our corporate office will then notify you immediately upon receipt of payment via e-mail or by phone and an estimated delivery date will be furnished along with a tracking number.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall MyVirtual Network be held liable for any lose of use, revenue, profit, custom, or for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the sale or use of the goods furnished hereunder.Limited Warranty Policy:
All items sold on MyVirtualNet.com carries a manufacturer one (1) year limited warranty from date of purchase.The warranty is limited to the original purchase and is not transferable. The warranty shall be null and void if any of the following conditions exist:
(1) Merchandise has been previously altered, repaired, or serviced by parties other than authorized MyVirtual Network personnel.
(2) Merchandise has been subject to accident, misuse or operated contrary to the instructions contained in the accompanying manual(s).
(3) The system is not with its original configuration or MyVirtual Network Warranty Label is removed.
If an item is found to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, MyVirtual Network will send a replacement. The cost of returning the item to MyVirtual Network will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return Merchandise Authorization Policy:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns of System Kits must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To return an order and cancel your Remote Access Service Plan you must contact us within seven (7) days of when the order was delivered. All returns of system kits made within fourteen (14) days of delivery must be done via e-mail: CustomerService@MyVirtualNet.com , MyFax: 914.297.6809 or Telephone: 1(800) 520-6986 ext.3 (Customer Service). Within (14) days, 20% restocking fee will be charged for any returned refund minus shipping and handling fees; 10% restocking fee for returned credit.We will assign a Return Merchandise Authorization number (herein referred as RMA number) and a shipping address for the return.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Your return can be for an alternative system kit or a full refund excluding a re-stocking charge of 20% and original shipping and handling charges. An additional 15% restocking fee will be imposed on any item not returned in the original condition that is was originally shipped. This includes lost or damaged packaging, manuals, accessories or wiring. Your return must be complete and in 'as new condition' with the original box, packing and accessories. MyVirtual Network reserves the right to inspect any returns prior to issuing a refund or credit to the customers account. Credit card purchases can be refunded to the original credit card number only. Purchases made with checks, cash or money orders will be refunded by check.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing of all refunds. Issuance of a Return Authorization does not bind MyVirtual Network to accept the return. Final decision shall be made after MyVirtual Network has inspected the returned product. Products no longer part of our current product line must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement or repair. In no event will MyVirtual Network be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the inability to use the product.
Exchanges:
You can return unused/damaged items within 14 days of ship date for an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item(s). We will send you the requested item at no shipping charge to you. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the exchange. Please allow (5) business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. In the event an item is exchanged we will ship out immediately replacement item(s). If MyVirtual Network does not receive replaced item within (14) business days customer will be charged the full amount plus any delivery fee(s) and or applicable charges.

MyVirtual Network reserves the right to limit quantities on any item(s) sold. As a protection to our customers, when the shipping address differs from the billing address, there may, in some cases, be a delay in the ship date until verification that the cardholder and buyer are the same.Delivery:
All online orders ship from our warehouse via UPS, standard delivery 5-7 business day(s) or UPS (3) Day Select. (No Saturday Delivery). Please allow 2-3 business days for processing including date of order as long as ordered is placed before noon 12pm EST.Errors on our Website:
